About Extracto

Extracto is a product of Fluvia FZC. It keeps a construction company's costs in one place — what its suppliers charge and what its subcontractors invoice — and it is built for the UAE.

What it is

You upload photographs or files of receipts and invoices, and the subcontractors you have accepted raise their invoices to you here. Extracto reads the details from them, holds those details against the project chosen, and gives you a dashboard to review, correct and report on them.

Who it is for

Construction companies in the UAE, working in AED, and the subcontractors who invoice them. One Admin per company and a role for each person on each project. Extracto reads Arabic documents, and every page of the site is written in Arabic as well as English.

How the work happens

    A document arrives

    Photographed on site, dragged in at a desk, or raised by a subcontractor in its own portal. No app to install, no password, no training.

  2. 02

    The details are read

    Vendor, date, amount, tax and the line items, held against the project the sender chose.

  3. 03

    A person confirms it

    Nothing counts until somebody in your office confirms it on the review screen. Until then it is a reading, not a record.

Where the records live

Live systems run in the Middle East. Backups are held in Europe, so that one regional failure cannot take both. There are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts on this site.

What we do not claim

We hold no security certifications, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. What we do instead is written out on the security page: encrypted in transit, encrypted at rest, each company's records isolated from every other's, passwordless sign-in, and daily backups in a separate region.

Extracto is built and run by Fluvia FZC. It is not a rebadge or a reseller of anyone else's software, and no partnership, endorsement or affiliation with another company is claimed anywhere on this site.
